35mm aperture cards approx. 187mm x 82.5mm in size usually contain a photograph of an engineering or architects drawing or plan, they can however contain other material such as a book page or a document. One aperture card usually contains 1 landscape 35mm frame.
DocuSense is able to convert your 35mm aperture cards to a digital format. We use an optical enlargement technique during the digitisation process to enlarge the microfilm image back to it’s original document size for maximum clarity rather than directly scanning the microfilm.
